From I-95 North or South, exit at 5b – Newport 141 – North

From 141 North:

Stay in Right Lane –Exit 4 – Newport/Stanton Route 4.
Turn Right at the light, Route 4 East.
Go 1 block, Turn Right onto Walnut Street.
Go 1 block, Turn Right at stop sign, onto East Ayre Street.
Go two stop signs, Turn Left onto James Street.
Go to stop sign; CIBA is on your right. Turn Left into industrial park onto Water St.
Go straight ½ mile. CSERT is first office in first building on the left across the street from the Waste Management facility.

From 141 South:

Merge right to Exit 4B S. James St./Old Airport Road.
Continue ¼ mile on S. James St. through 2 stop lights and a stop sign.
Come to a stop with CIBA on your right. Make left turn into Industrial Park onto Water Street.
Go straight ½ mile. CSERT is on the left, across the street from the Waste Management facility.

From Route 4 East:

Turn Right onto S. James Street
Go to stop sign; CIBA in on your right. Turn Left into industrial park onto Water St.
Go straight ½ mile. CSERT is on the left, across the street from the Waste Management facility.

From Route 4 West:

Turn Left onto S. James Street (just past the EXXON).
Get into Right Lane – Local Traffic, Go straight one light and two stop signs.
Go to stop sign; CIBA is on your right.  Turn Left into industrial park onto Water St.
Go straight ½ mile. CSERT is on the left across the street from the Waste Management facility.
